Ingredients:
- Fish Dices : of Any medium size fish
- Garlic water
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Spring onions
- tomatoes
- Salt
- Red chill powder
- coriander powder
- Ajowan
- Turmeric powder
- cumin seeds
- coriander leaves
- Soya sauce
- red chili sauce
- Green chilies
- garam masala
- Oil
Instructions
- in garlic water sprinkle salt, Ajowan, red chilli powder and turmeric powder
- Now marinate fish dices in garlic water and mix well (u may add lemon if u like)
- leave fish for half an hour
- Now either microwave or bake fish for 8 to 10 minutes (use butter paper on the baking or microwave tray)
- In a woke, heat oil and fry some Ajowan, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste
- then add fish and lid the woke; cook for 7 min or until it is fine tender
- use wooden spoon to break down the fish dices in shreds (while shredding , u can sepertae fish bones etc )
- Now fry little and add spring onions and few tomatoes and fry again
- when fried add green chili, garam masala and coriander leaves
- Add soya sauce and chili sauce
- serve with boiled rice
