Ingredients
- Milk: 4 cup
- corn flour: 5 Tbsp
- Sugar: 4 Tbsp or as per taste
- Cream: one pack
- Mango Diced: 2 Cup
- Ripped Apricot : 1 cup Julienne cut
- Almonds: 1/4 cup
- Raisins: 1 cup
- Fig: 3 to 5
- Chocolate chips: As per taste
- 2 cardamom
Instructions
- Mix corn flour in a cup of milk
- put remaining Milk and cardamoms at medium heat (off coarse in pan)
- boil milk
- add corn flour mixture
- keep stirring while cooking
- when milk start getting thick add sugar
- now cook till it gets really thick
- now remove from the heat
- keep stirring and let the mixture get cool
- now add cream in it and mix well
- The custard is ready
Trifle
- in a bowl, put Mango dices
- layer it with custard
- layer with Apricot
- another layer of custard
- layer with Fig, Raisins and Almonds
- another layer of custard
- top the sides of bowl with some mango dice
- pour chocolate chips at the top
