A healthy meal Recipe!


Lets start with my first Recipe

To have Healthy meal u need following ingredients:


  • Food 1/3 of your stomach capacity :)
  • AIR
  • Water 1/3 of your stomach capacity :)
  • 3 Walks (Morning, afternoon and small steps after dinner)
  • Positive thoughts.
  • A lot of Smile
  • Prayer,
  • If Muslim then off coarse Drood Sharif is necessary







Instructions:


  • Take 1-2 glass of Water either half an hour before or 2 hours after meal.
  • Take water early in the morning before going to washroom.
  • Don't take water in between the food
  • Make sure you take meal of different color each day
  • Make sure your food includes some green like Spinach, Mint, cucumber etc
  • Make sure you take fruits daily but only with empty stomach.
  • Take a walk of about 100 small steps after meal especially after dinner.
  • But also have regular Morning Or Evening Walks
  • Have deep breathing in morning OR afternoon.
  • Make it a habit of having deep breaths in routine works like computer Or climbing up stairs etc
  • Offer prayers daily
  • If you r Muslim then you must make it a habit to Recite Drood sharif daily
  • Think Positive and be positive . this will help your diet work better in your body
  • Always Smile
