Date Shake

Ingredients:

  1. Milk
  2. Seedless Dates
  3. Ice cubes
as per taste

Instructions:
  1. Soak dates in the hot milk for half hour
  2. add some ice cubes and make it a bit cold
  3. now blend
  4. add ice cubes and make it chill 
Enjoy!

Paneer Dates Halwa

you'll find it some how very unique recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup Dates off coarse seedless
  2. 2 cup milk
  3. some yogurt
  4. no sugar if u want then as per taste
  5. 1/4 cup grated desiccated coconut
  6. Some butter: 1/3 cup
Instructions:
  1. Boil Milk and when come to boil add yogurt so that it turn into Paneer
  2. when milk completely turned add dates in it
  3. cook on medium flame
  4. when half of water remain add coconut
  5. cook unless no water and it is almost dry
  6. add butter
  7. cook a little and done
  8. spread in a tray and if u want; freeze and cut in cubes

Coconut Pora

So far i discussed my own discovery of recipes But this is one of my childhood memories.
i watched this recipe on TV. and i tried it in my childhood and it was awesome.
But i didn't remember the name so giving it

Ingredients:

  1. Desiccated coconut : one cup grated
  2. Sugar: as per taste or half cup
  3. Fresh cream or Balai : one cup. take from fresh milk
Instructions:
  1. Mix all
  2. on a warm iron pan; spread the mixture
  3. At low flam let it cook unless it get solid and brown in color
you can serve hot as well as cold

Honey Nutty Sandwich

Ingredients:
  1. Honey
  2. Nuts as per taste
  3. Sandwich bread

Instructions:
  1. preheat sandwich maker
  2. mix nuts in honey and make sandwich
  3. put in machine for few minutes. (3-4)
  4. make sure it is a slight change in bread color. don't over cook
Enjoy!

Barley Meal Dough

Ingredients:
  1. Barley Meal approx 2 Tbs
  2. 13 Almonds: Cut in stripes
  3. 1/4 Coconut:Grated
  4. Sugar as per taste
  5. Butter 1 Tbs or as per taste
  6. Optional: Fennel / Aniseed
  7. Optional: some raisins
Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients and put it in oven for 15 sec.

A nice breakfast is ready. enjoy it with green tea

A healthy meal Recipe!


Lets start with my first Recipe

To have Healthy meal u need following ingredients:


  • Food 1/3 of your stomach capacity :)
  • AIR
  • Water 1/3 of your stomach capacity :)
  • 3 Walks (Morning, afternoon and small steps after dinner)
  • Positive thoughts.
  • A lot of Smile
  • Prayer,
  • If Muslim then off coarse Drood Sharif is necessary







Instructions:


  • Take 1-2 glass of Water either half an hour before or 2 hours after meal.
  • Take water early in the morning before going to washroom.
  • Don't take water in between the food
  • Make sure you take meal of different color each day
  • Make sure your food includes some green like Spinach, Mint, cucumber etc
  • Make sure you take fruits daily but only with empty stomach.
  • Take a walk of about 100 small steps after meal especially after dinner.
  • But also have regular Morning Or Evening Walks
  • Have deep breathing in morning OR afternoon.
  • Make it a habit of having deep breaths in routine works like computer Or climbing up stairs etc
  • Offer prayers daily
  • If you r Muslim then you must make it a habit to Recite Drood sharif daily
  • Think Positive and be positive . this will help your diet work better in your body
  • Always Smile
