In this blog i'll talk about food and some instructions to take it. I am not calling it Recipe as i may not talk about exact ratios as one expect it . But only the instructions and some mixes which i think will be healthy. i'll also try to share some foods which may help to avoid or be beneficial in some diseases.but off-coarse it is not a promise.

Honey Nutty Sandwich
Ingredients:
Honey
Nuts as per taste
Sandwich bread
Instructions:
preheat sandwich maker
mix nuts in honey and make sandwich
put in machine for few minutes. (3-4)
make sure it is a slight change in bread color. don't over cook
