Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dates off coarse seedless
- 2 cup milk
- some yogurt
- no sugar if u want then as per taste
- 1/4 cup grated desiccated coconut
- Some butter: 1/3 cup
Instructions:
- Boil Milk and when come to boil add yogurt so that it turn into Paneer
- when milk completely turned add dates in it
- cook on medium flame
- when half of water remain add coconut
- cook unless no water and it is almost dry
- add butter
- cook a little and done
- spread in a tray and if u want; freeze and cut in cubes
