Masala Fish

Ingredients:

  • Fish Dices : of Any medium size fish
  • Garlic water
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Spring onions
  • tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Red chill powder
  • coriander powder
  • Ajowan
  • Turmeric powder
  • cumin seeds
  • coriander leaves
  • Soya sauce
  • red chili sauce
  • Green chilies
  • garam masala
  • Oil 
Instructions
  • in garlic water sprinkle salt, Ajowan, red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  • Now marinate fish dices in garlic water and mix well (u may add lemon if u like)
  • leave fish for half an hour
  • Now either microwave or bake fish for 8 to 10 minutes (use butter paper on the baking or microwave tray)
  • In a woke, heat oil and fry some Ajowan, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste
  • then add fish and lid the woke; cook for 7 min or until it is fine tender 
  • use wooden spoon to break down the fish dices in shreds (while shredding , u can sepertae fish bones etc )
  • Now fry little and add spring onions and few tomatoes and fry again
  • when fried add green chili, garam masala and coriander leaves 
  • Add soya sauce and chili sauce 
  • serve with boiled rice
