Masala Fish

Ingredients:

  • Fish Dices : of Any medium size fish
  • Garlic water
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Spring onions
  • tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Red chill powder
  • coriander powder
  • Ajowan
  • Turmeric powder
  • cumin seeds
  • coriander leaves
  • Soya sauce
  • red chili sauce
  • Green chilies
  • garam masala
  • Oil 
Instructions
  • in garlic water sprinkle salt, Ajowan, red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  • Now marinate fish dices in garlic water and mix well (u may add lemon if u like)
  • leave fish for half an hour
  • Now either microwave or bake fish for 8 to 10 minutes (use butter paper on the baking or microwave tray)
  • In a woke, heat oil and fry some Ajowan, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste
  • then add fish and lid the woke; cook for 7 min or until it is fine tender 
  • use wooden spoon to break down the fish dices in shreds (while shredding , u can sepertae fish bones etc )
  • Now fry little and add spring onions and few tomatoes and fry again
  • when fried add green chili, garam masala and coriander leaves 
  • Add soya sauce and chili sauce 
  • serve with boiled rice

Rich Trifle

Ingredients

  1. Milk: 4 cup
  2. corn flour: 5 Tbsp
  3. Sugar: 4 Tbsp or as per taste
  4. Cream: one pack
  5. Mango Diced: 2 Cup
  6. Ripped Apricot : 1 cup Julienne cut
  7. Almonds: 1/4 cup
  8. Raisins:  1 cup
  9. Fig: 3 to 5
  10. Chocolate chips:  As per taste 
  11. 2 cardamom 
Instructions
  1. Mix corn flour in a cup of milk 
  2. put remaining Milk and cardamoms at medium heat (off coarse in pan)
  3. boil milk
  4. add corn flour mixture 
  5. keep stirring while cooking 
  6. when milk start getting thick add sugar
  7. now cook till it gets really thick 
  8. now remove from the heat
  9. keep stirring and let the mixture get cool
  10. now add cream in it and mix well
  11.  The custard is ready
Trifle
  1. in a bowl, put Mango dices 
  2. layer it with custard
  3. layer with Apricot
  4. another layer of custard
  5. layer with Fig, Raisins and Almonds
  6. another layer of custard
  7. top the sides of bowl with some mango dice
  8. pour chocolate chips at the top 
Enjoy the rich taste!

Honey Lemonade

my all time favorite drink of all seasons!


Ingredients:

  1. One glass chilled water.
  2. Honey : 2tbsp
  3. Lemon juice: One big lemon
  4. Ice if required 
  5. lemon slice if interested in garnishing

Mix all well and Enjoy!

Finger Fish Curry

It is courtesy of my friend Abdul Haseeb; tastes really good

Ingredients:
  1. finger fish: 1kg
  2. garlic paste : 1tbsp
  3. onion: 1 medium size sliced thinly
  4. tomato puree: 5 (boil tomato with little water until soft , now remove the skin and blend the tomato)
  5. green chilli: 3
  6. red chili powder: 1tb sp
  7. turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  8. cumin seed: 1 tsp
  9. gram masala : 1 tb sp ( u may search at net if u dont know the recipe. )
  10. Black pepper : 1/2 tsp
  11. dry fenugreek leaves : 1 Tb sp 
  12. (ppl from pakistan can use Qasoori Maithi, Fenugreek leaves from Qasoor)
Instructions
  1. fry onion on a low to medium heat until pink dont make them brown
  2. now add garlic paste and fry till aroma disappear
  3. add tomato puree 
  4. fry it little
  5. now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed, garam masala and the black pepper
  6. fry till smooth gravy 
  7. Now add finger fish and let this cook for about 20 to 30 min
  8. or until fish done with gravy
  9. now add green chilies and fenugreek leaves and cook for 5 min

Hmmm u r done
you will love it with Rice!

Delicious Date Combinations!

well i am Dates lover! they taste better then even chocolate

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled Rice (Add pinch of salt while boiling)
  2. Fresh cream (take from boiled Milk)
  3. Dates; take Mazafti from Iran
  4. Rotti
BreadnDate Roll Recipe

Instructions:
  1. take wheat bread
  2. spread cream 
  3. spread dates
Roll and Enjoy

Rice Dates Recipe

Instructions:
  1. Take half boiled Rice in serving dish  
  2. layer with cream, dates and some grated coconut
  3. spread rest of rice and layer again as above

Mithi Roti

Its my mother's excellent recipe; a wholegrain biscuit

Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour
2. Egg
3. Aniseed
4. Butter or Ghee (clarified butter)
5. Milk
6. Nuts

Instructions:
1. Add all the dry nuts in wheat flour along with aniseed
2. add butter in wheat flour and mix it with hands till it turned as crumbs
3. Add an egg and mix well
4. Now knee the flour with milk and make doughs
5. with hands make small size Roti
6. on a warm iron pan put the roti and sprinkle some butter at it
7. let it cook on a low heat till it get brown from both sides

Date Shake

Ingredients:

  1. Milk
  2. Seedless Dates
  3. Ice cubes
as per taste

Instructions:
  1. Soak dates in the hot milk for half hour
  2. add some ice cubes and make it a bit cold
  3. now blend
  4. add ice cubes and make it chill
