Mithi Roti

Its my mother's excellent recipe; a wholegrain biscuit

Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour
2. Egg
3. Aniseed
4. Butter or Ghee (clarified butter)
5. Milk
6. Nuts

Instructions:
1. Add all the dry nuts in wheat flour along with aniseed
2. add butter in wheat flour and mix it with hands till it turned as crumbs
3. Add an egg and mix well
4. Now knee the flour with milk and make doughs
5. with hands make small size Roti
6. on a warm iron pan put the roti and sprinkle some butter at it
7. let it cook on a low heat till it get brown from both sides
