Finger Fish Curry

It is courtesy of my friend Abdul Haseeb; tastes really good

Ingredients:
  1. finger fish: 1kg
  2. garlic paste : 1tbsp
  3. onion: 1 medium size sliced thinly
  4. tomato puree: 5 (boil tomato with little water until soft , now remove the skin and blend the tomato)
  5. green chilli: 3
  6. red chili powder: 1tb sp
  7. turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  8. cumin seed: 1 tsp
  9. gram masala : 1 tb sp ( u may search at net if u dont know the recipe. )
  10. Black pepper : 1/2 tsp
  11. dry fenugreek leaves : 1 Tb sp 
  12. (ppl from pakistan can use Qasoori Maithi, Fenugreek leaves from Qasoor)
Instructions
  1. fry onion on a low to medium heat until pink dont make them brown
  2. now add garlic paste and fry till aroma disappear
  3. add tomato puree 
  4. fry it little
  5. now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed, garam masala and the black pepper
  6. fry till smooth gravy 
  7. Now add finger fish and let this cook for about 20 to 30 min
  8. or until fish done with gravy
  9. now add green chilies and fenugreek leaves and cook for 5 min

Hmmm u r done
you will love it with Rice!
